By logging into the BHO web portal and paying a small fee, you can reach a world class medical specialist by text messaging through your mobile device or computer.
Expandedconsult
No matter where you are in the world, schedule a virtual clinic visit with a world class North American or Western European trained physician on your smart mobile device or computer, by video chat, live chat, or audio chat for a low fee.
MyChart
A BHO subscription entitles members to MyChart, which is an online repository of patient medical records that BHO members can access through the portal at anytime from anywhere around the world, as long as they have access to a smart mobile device or a computer and the internet. This service is provided FREE to all BHO members who are current with their annual subscription.
MYHEALTHTRENDS
Have a periodic review of your consolidated medical records on the BHO portal by a team of our world class North American and Western European trained doctors. Through MyHealthTrends platform, BHO expert doctors have the ability to review your medical records for medication interactions, inconsistent treatment plans, and emerging serious medical conditions such as cancer, kidney disease, heart disease, diabetes, etc.
QC STEPS
QC stands for “QUICK CONSULT” – ASK A DOCTOR. This enables a patient anywhere in the world to log in to BlackHealthOnline, upload relevant medical records, and ask world-class medical experts questions to get very quick answers.
- STEP 1: Visit BlackHealthOnline at www.blackhealthonline.com with your smart mobile device or computer or laptop or use the BlackHealthOnline App on your mobile device.
- STEP 2: First time users will register or sign up to create a BHO account with details including telephone number(s), email address, username and password.
- STEP 3: To login, click on the icon (QC - ASK A DOCTOR).
- STEP 4: Complete the medical questionnaire, upload relevant medical records including laboratory tests, pathology reports, reports of X-ray examinations, images of CAT scans and MRI, etc. Then write your questions or describe your problems in the box provided.
- STEP 5: Make payment using credit or debit card using any of the available payment methods on the site.
- STEP 6: Click submit and you would receive a "Confirmation of receipt of Quick Consult" email.
- STEP 7: Within 24 hours of submission, our world-class experts would have reviewed your medical records and will send a written response to your email address in the form of “Assessment and Plan” of action for you and your doctor.
EC STEPS
EC stands for “EXPANDED CONSULT” – SEE A DOCTOR. This enables a patient anywhere in the world to log in to BlackHealthOnline, upload relevant medical records, and interact real-time with a world-class medical expert to discuss medical questions and concerns in a 20-minute consultation.
- STEP 1: Visit BlackHealthOnline at www.blackhealthonline.com with your smart mobile device or computer or laptop, or use the BlackHealthOnline App on your mobile device.
- STEP 2: First time users will register or sign up to create a BHO account with details including telephone number(s), email address, username and password.
- STEP 3: To login, click on the icon (EC - SEE A DOCTOR).
- STEP 4: Complete the medical questionnaire, upload relevant medical records including laboratory tests, pathology reports, reports of X-ray examinations, images of CAT scans and MRI, etc. Then write your questions or describe your problems in the box provided.
- STEP 5: Select the communication mode (WhatsApp, FaceTime, Skype, etc) that a BHO Consultant would be interacting real-time with you for this consultation. You would also need to add your mobile number starting with the area code.
- STEP 6: Select three convenient 20-minute time slots (LONDON GREENWICH MEAN TIME) in the next two weeks that you would be available for the consultation.
- STEP 7: Make payment using credit or debit card using any of the available payment methods on the site.
- STEP 8: Click submit and you would receive a "Confirmation of receipt of Expanded Consult" email together with a confirmed date and time (LONDON GREENWICH MEAN TIME) for the real-time consultation.
- STEP 9: At the designated date and time (LONDON GREENWICH MEAN TIME), you would receive the call from the BHO Consultant and complete your 20-minute “SEE THE DOCTOR” consultation.
