By logging into the BHO portal and paying a low consultation fee, you are able to schedule a video consultation, online live chat, or audio consultation with a world-class doctor, after you have completed a brief online medical questionnaire that allows you to provide relevant information about the medical condition for which you are seeking care. You are able to upload laboratory test results, x-rays and other diagnostic images, previous medical records, and other supporting information that will facilitate a complete assessment of your medical condition. The information captured in the questionnaire, as well as any data you upload becomes part of your online medical records, maintained securely for you on the portal by BHO, and readily accessible to you from anywhere in the world, as long as you have access to a smart mobile phone or a computer! A BHO subscription entitles subscribers to MyChart, which is an online repository of patient medical records that the patient can access through the portal at anytime from anywhere around the world, as long as they have access to a smart mobile phone or a computer. In addition to being able to upload and store your medical records securely on the BHO portal, and to periodically update the stored records by uploading new information as it becomes available to the patient, any encounters between the BHO subscriber and any BHO physician through QuickConsult or ExpandedConsult will generate a medical record that will be archived on the BHO portal, ensuring continuity of care, and enabling the patient to have future access to a secure record of their interaction with a BHO physician network doctor. BHO also offers a service whereby each subscriber to BHO with archived medical records receives an annual Health Status Report based on a review of archived medical records. The Health Status Report will provide the subscriber with a comprehensive review of their current health status, to include any emerging health concerns, and a recommendation for wellness checks and health care screening that is recommended based on international best practices.
